Our main policy is to make sure we get you the best prices and quality possible. To make sure we get you the best price we have abolished a number of charges which ensure that we offer you better value compared to other suppliers. Including:

• Free Logo Preparation

Sizing

As we buy from many different brands, we have endeavoured to give you an idea of what each size is, but some brands are more generous than others. We will happily advise or send you a sample so you can test the sizing yourself. We have a sample charge of £20.00 which is refunded to you once we received them back. We can only accept returned garments if they are in the same condition as we sent them in.

Ethics

The Custom Designed Clothing insists that the brands we use also put checks in place to ensure that these standards are met. Both us and the brands do make spot checks on the factories throughout the year. The some of standards we expect include:

• The prohibition of forced labour
• The prohibition of child labour
• Legal limitation to the hours of work are up kept
• A healthy working environment and living quarters where necessary
  
  

Terms & Conditions

• VAT at the relavent rate will be charged on all products.
• Carriage will be charged on all orders that are delivered.
• All goods remain the property of Custom DC until paid for in full.
• Full payment is required by all non-account customers prior to the commencement of any work undertaken by Custom DC. You may pay by cheque, Master Card, Visa, Delta or Switch.
• For account customers, overdue accounts will be charged 2.5% per month or part thereof.
• We reserve the right to substitute our products should unforeseen circumstances arise.
• Colours are subject to availability and possible shade variations can occur due to cuts and dye lots. Custom DC does endeavour to keep the colours as similar as possible to your submitted images.
• Custom DC will not be bound by any delivery dates unless confirmed by us in writing at time of order.
• COPYRIGHT: It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all embroidery, printing and any other form of personalisation or decoration that the customer is either the copyright holder or the authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify Custom DC in full against any claims for infringement that may arise.

Viewing Our Products

• Do you have a catalogue?
  Yes, we do have a fully printed catalogue with all of our products in. Our Web site is our everyday catalogue which we will alter and update regularly.
  
  
• Do you have a shop?
  No, we are a dedicated on-line retailer; your screen is our shop front and our door is always open. However, we are always happy to come and visit you if it will help to get your design ideas moving. Please contact us to arrange a meeting.
  
  
• Can you send us some sample?
  We can certainly send you samples. This will allow you to confirm the colours and sizes needed.

• Can I get discounts for bulk purchases?
  Yes! We offer much bigger discounts according to the quantity of items you order. As the order quantity goes up the price per item goes down!

Designs, Printing etc

• Can you help me with my Designs?
  We can certainly help out with your designs. We have a full time graphics team to help you decide where to put your logos and show you how the finished items will look. Please send your enquiries to design@customdc.co.uk and somebody will get back to you with some help.
  
  
• What type of printing do you offer?
  We can offer a range of printing services including screen printing, heat press printing and embroidery. We can print in a wide range of colours and styles including glitters, foils and metallic’s. Please email or call us with your design ideas and we will can prepare a quote for you.
  
  
• What is the largest design you can print?

  The exact answer to this question depends on the size and style of garment. However the largest we can print is 32.5cm by 45cm.

Quality & Size

• Can I have my favourite brand of garment?
  All of the brands we offer are clearly shown on our website. If you are looking for a specific brand not listed on our website, let us know by e-mail what it is and we'll see if we can supply it.
  
  
• What quality of garment do you use?
  We select high quality items for inclusion on our website. The weight (gsm:gramme per square metre) of the garments we supply is shown when you select a garment (where applicable) together with other relevant information. Our aim is to provide good quality, durable garments at a reasonable price, ordered from the comfort of your PC.
  
  
• Can I have a different size garment?
  Yes, we supply garments in a wide range of sizes as shown on our web pages. Unfortunately, not all brands, styles, and colours are available in all sizes.
  
  
  

Laundering shirts

• Are the garments going to shrink?
  Most clothes shrink a little if you don't wash them carefully. It is very unlikely that any of our clothing will shrink. However, please follow the washing instructions sewn into the garment to guarantee this.
  
  
• How do I launder the garments?
  Always read the laundering instructions sewn into the garment. Turn printed garments inside out and wash them at 40C. degrees. We do not recommend ironing over the decoration on any printed garment. If you choose to iron over the design, only use a cool iron and don't leave the iron there too long! If in doubt, turn the shirt inside out before ironing.
