Ordering
We would like to offer the best prices possible so we ask prior to contacting us we ask you consider the following information:
- Decide the item(s) you are interested in.
- Choose specific colours and sizes etc (if applicable)
- Decide whether you want printing, embroidery or a combination on your clothing.
- Tell us how many Prints and how many Embroideries you will need.
- Tell us what positions they will be in on the garment.
- Try to give us approximate size in cm of each logo.
- Make sure your order quantity is over 10 items per style. Remember, as the order quantity goes up the price per item goes down!

Notes
When sending us your images please try to ensure they are in the highest quality as possible:
- Images "copied" from the internet are usually a low resolution
- Scan your image at 200-300dpi and save as a .jpg image
- Supply an images from your digital camera in jpg format
- We can also accept .bmp .eps .tif .doc and most other file formats
- Don't forget, we can also add wording to photographs and images
We’ll aim to get a price quote back to you as soon as possible and definitely within 24 hours if it is a working day.
Payment
All orders are to be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit/debit cards, Paypal Transfers, internet bank transfers and cheques. Please make all cheques payable ‘Custom DC’. If you are an existing account customer, payment is due within 30 days of the Invoice date.
Protecting the personal information you provide us is of utmost importance to us. We therefore take the following steps at to ensure this:
- We do not store personal data on a computer connected to the Internet. Rather than rely on a "firewall" we keep our computers electronically separated.
- We do not sell your personal details to third parties or supply them in anyway other than to our payment processor, PayPal Ltd, in connection with your order.
- All credit card numbers entrusted to us for payment purposes are handled securely and only by authorised staff.
- Paypal provides the secure payment facilities for your credit card information. PalPay uses a secure server, with a firewall, and encrypts your information before transmission. Paypal uses Thawte 2048 bit encryption systems and 128 bit SSL encryption at your browser.
- For extra security we take all credit/debit card transactions over the phone.
- Although we make use of very occasional marketing e-mails to remind you of our Web site and any special offers, we do not send these to you if you have asked us not to.
Delivery
Normal embroidery or screen print jobs have a lead-time of 2-3 weeks from receipt of your payment, but we always aim to do these quicker. In quieter times of the year, we can turn around your order in less than a week.
All orders will be dispatched using a next day carrier service to all mainland destinations excluding the Scottish Highlands. For all the islands and highlands, the service is 2-3 day. The first box is £12 but after that the delivery rates vary according to the weight. Please note that this time span is assuming the stock garments are available. In the unlikely event that our suppliers have run out of a particular product, delivery will take longer. We will be able to advise at the time of ordering.
